Platatac ASAD Tube IFAK
The Platatac ASAD Tube IFAK gives operators another way to store and quickly deploy medical gear. Integration via the Hook and Loop tongue means the pouch ‘dangles’ at the lower edge of the rig where it’s out of the way of pouches needed for critical/immediate access (mags, grenades etc) but reachable.
The design means the contents of the pouch can be deployed by pulling the tabs on either side, allowing for use for point-of-wounding care from both a multitube of positions on your rig and where access might be limited due to body position or debilitation through injury (think of yourself needing to deploy your IFAK, from a minimally covered position, trying to maintain SA, all while serious wounded). You’ll appreciate the ambidextrous nature of the design.
