PLATATAC BLTQ (Belt Line Tourniquet) Holder

PLATATAC BLTQ (Belt Line Tourniquet) Holder

The Platatac Belt Line Tourniquet (BLTQ) Holder was designed to be a multi-functional pouch to carry either a CAT or SOFTT-W tourniquet, sharpie/decomp needle and shears mounted on your first line or Molle belt.

The BLTQ pouch has just enough elastic retention to securely hold a TQ during dynamic movement but allowing the TQ to be removed freely when needed.

The simple design keeps your tourniquet within reach of both hands without any additional steps or wasted movements (Not having to remove snaps/Velcro/buttons) in a high stress situation. Simply pull the tourniquet towards your centreline to remove it with either hand.

The BLTQ has hook and loop one wrap tabs enabling you to mount it via MOLLE or on a belt or via the slide through at the back of the pouch. If the slide through is not used to mount, a set of trauma shears will sit in that space.
