The Center Line Tourniquet (CLTQ) Holder is designed as a low-profile option for the carriage of SOFT-T or CAT tourniquets. The tourniquet is secured via a velcro sandwich which also allows quick access when needed. The elastic construction allows the CLTQ Holder to hold a large range of tourniquets.
